Getting verified

How companies and recruiters join.

Every company is checked by a person before it can post a role or see a single candidate. That’s why candidates trust the pool.

  1. Request access for your company with your company name, ABN and website. Use your company email; it helps us verify you quickly.
  2. Once approved, you’re invited as the company’s Org Admin.
  3. Invite your recruiters from the Team page.

Until a company is verified, its recruiters can set up the company profile but can’t post roles or see candidates.
