Job platforms are loud and exposing
For experienced people, the result is that the best often stay off the market altogether.

How it works
Nothing happens until you both say yes
Double opt-in
A candidate shows interest anonymously. Only if the recruiter is interested back can the candidate choose to apply and reveal themselves.
Block anyone
Block your current employer, or any company or recruiter. They never see you, and they're never told.
No hard cutoffs
Experience is weighted, never filtered out. Recruiters order the pool by their own priorities.
Verified recruiters only
Every recruiter and company is approved by a person before they can post or see anyone.
An even playing field
AI turns every CV into the same anonymised profile, so people are judged on substance.
Never used to train AI
Your data is used only to match, rank and anonymise.
