Blocking companies

Blocked companies can never see you, not even anonymously. We enforce this ourselves, including on agency ads that hide the company’s name. Companies are never told.

When you add a block, choose why:

• My employer (current or past). They never see you, but you can still see their roles.
• I never want to work there. Their roles are hidden from you too.

Manage blocks from Privacy and blocking in the app, or from your AI assistant.
